A Dedicated Student of Knowledge
Ustadha Marwa Kailani is a dedicated student of knowledge based in South East London. She has studied Qur’an, Hadith, Islamic sciences, and classical texts through traditional learning and university-level study in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
She is a Hafizah and holds ijazāt in Qur’anic recitations. She has also studied the six canonical books of Hadith and has spent many years learning from Arabic-speaking teachers and scholars.
Her background includes studies in Mathematics, Islamic Studies, and Sunnah Studies. This combination of structured academic learning and traditional Islamic study shapes her balanced and thoughtful teaching style.

Why Qimmah Was Created
Qimmah lil Qwareer Learning Lounge was founded in April 2025 to create a community-centred learning environment for women, girls, and mothers.
The vision is to provide a safe, nurturing, and fully segregated space where students can reconnect with Qur’an and Hadith, not only through memorisation, but through reflection, understanding, and action.
At Qimmah, learning is not only about gaining information. It is about growing in faith, strengthening character, building resilience, and becoming a source of goodness for the family and wider community.
