Student Agreement & Policies Please tick each box to confirm your agreement. General I understand that Qimmah lil Qawareer Learning Lounge is a female-only learning environment. I agree to wear a loose-fitting, modest, non-decorated abaya and hijab. Any colour may be worn. I will conduct myself with Islamic manners, respect teachers and fellow students, and contribute positively to the learning environment. I understand that persistent disruptive behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disregard of class policies may result in suspension or termination of my enrolment. Attendance & Commitment I will make every effort to attend classes punctually. If I am unable to attend, I will notify my teacher as early as reasonably possible. I understand that consistent attendance and regular revision are essential for progress, particularly within the Hifdh programme. Fees & Payments Course fees are payable in advance. Monthly fees are due by the 10th of each month. I understand that all payments are non-refundable, including withdrawals, missed lessons, holidays, illness, changes of mind, or any unused portion of the course. Missed lessons are not replaced or rescheduled. If payments become overdue, Qimmah lil Qawareer Learning Lounge reserves the right to suspend attendance until outstanding fees have been settled. Course fees may be reviewed periodically. Reasonable notice will always be provided before any future fee changes. Withdrawal Should I decide to withdraw from the course, I agree to provide at least two weeks' written notice. Online Classes When attending online lessons, I agree to join punctually from a quiet environment where possible. I understand that lessons may not be recorded without the teacher's prior permission. Privacy I understand that my personal information will be stored securely and used only for administering classes, communicating important course information, and meeting legal obligations where applicable.
